The Gentle Yoga flow class requires a small towel. Strengthen your body and mind in this class as we explore simple yoga flows and poses. I cannot wait to see you all there!

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


I booked the wrong session, could I switch to the session I want?

  • If you have booked the wrong session, please go ahead and book the timeslot you'd like to attend as slots are limited. After please send us an email to youthcreates@sport.gov.sg , letting us know the following information so we are able to open up that slot for another participant:

    - Name of registered participant (s)
    - Session booked that you are not attending

Do I have to be vaccinated to participate in these sessions?

  • Vaccinated Participants: An individual is considered fully vaccinated two weeks after he or she has received two doses of Pfizer-BioNTech/Comirnarty, Moderna or any WHO EUL vaccines. Participants will be required to produce proof of vaccination during registration on the day of the session that you are attending.
  • Unvaccinated Participants: Participants (aged 12 & above) must provide a valid Pre-Event Testing (PET) result from any MOH-approved medical service provider on the actual day of the clinics. PET must be valid for 24-hours and covers the participant throughout the duration of the clinic timeslot that you are attending (Participants ages 7-12 will not have to provide a PET result on event day)

Can I register on behalf on my friend?

  • No, it would be best if all participants register for themselves. This is to ensure we have all participant's proper information in case of any emergency.

Can I register for more than 1 session?

  • Yes you may!

Do I need to bring a yoga mat?

  • No need to bring a yoga mat. Yoga mats will be provided. All you have to bring is a bottle of water to keep you hydrated!

I registered, but now I can't go. How do I cancel?

  • Please send us an email to YouthCreates@sport.gov.sg with the following information so we are able to open up that slot for another participant:

    - Name of registered participant (s)
    - Session booked that you are not attending

Is there an age requirement/limit?

  • Due to Covid-19 restrictions, we are open to participants born in 2014, or earlier.
